My name is Alistair and I recently became the manager of our Highams Lodge service in Highams Park. I have worked in Health and social care for 25 years.
During that time, I have worked in various settings which have presented me with the opportunity to work with clients who were homeless, and who had often experienced multiple societal disadvantages.
Throughout my time in the sector, the client/professional relationship has always been crucial to outcomes achieved.
Most recently, I managed a large team delivering Outreach support to clients who had been diagnosed with Autism.
Service Manager
Alistair Dinsmore
Hello, my name is Valentina. I have trained as Jungian Psychotherapist and working in supported housing within mental health and young people settings for the past 10 years in a variety of roles including a therapeutic one.
I have recently joined CHT as it brings together the therapeutic and the more practical support offer to individuals who otherwise might never be able to access psychotherapy.
I am passionate about wellbeing in general and I believe our society needs much more education and support around emotional intelligence and community building. As human beings do not thrive in isolation I believe psychological wellbeing, empathy and community building are the basis for a real change in this world.
