Staffing
CHT employs staff committed to recovery, and encourages applications from those with lived experience. Fairhall Court is made up of Therapeutic Support Worker, a Supported Living Service Lead and has an integrated fully qualified Psychologist or Psychotherapist, supported by a Psychiatrist in Psychotherapy in the Senior Team. Fairhall Court offers 9-5 staffing support for residents.
Our dedicated staff are crucial to the successful delivery of recovery and therapeutic services, so CHT is committed to providing high quality staff training, including Skills for Care training for staff and managers, and a 20-module tailored programme of training in psychosocial theory and practice.
Staff also have regular supervision, weekly reflective practice facilitated by the service psychologist, and access to an employee assistance programme.
Service Manager
Ryan Burke
Hi, I’m Jenna. I am an Integrative Psychotherapist (UKCP) who joined CHT in November 2019. I have 9 years practice experience working within various charity settings and the NHS.
Psychotherapy helps us think about and make sense of what has happened and is happening in our lives, our relationships, and our emotions.
I visit the Supported Living communities weekly to meet with residents for individual therapy. I also help the communities think about our relational dynamics and facilitate reflective community meetings which is a space where we can talk about what we experience and how we feel about this together.

Hello, my name is Ryan and I’m the manager for CHT’s Supported Living Service. I joined the organisation at the beginning of 2022, and previously have worked in a range of health and social care settings for over fifteen years. For most of that time I’ve worked with individuals who’ve been affected by homelessness and the multitude of issues that can go alongside or arise from those experiences.
I am happy to be part of an organisation that encourages people to play an active role in building supportive communities and focuses interdependence over independence. I believe that community plays a significant role for all of us and can be a place to find support, learn from each other, express ourselves, share experiences and feel valued.
At the service I visit each of our communities every week, and enjoy spending time speaking with and listening to residents and staff. My aim is to work together with the community to ensure we provide a safe and supportive environment where everyone can benefit from the therapeutic programme on offer at CHT.
