Jay Morally
Service Manager
Hi I am Jay, I am the service manager at Lilias Gillies House. I have worked in health and social care for over 13 years and began working for CHT in spring 2019. I studied Health and Social Care, but also have a background in IT and Art. Before working as a manager for CHT, I coordinated another mental health service where I was able to attend a comprehensive three weeks training in New York which was based on a mental health recovery model, and following this was able to start up a young adults transitional programme to support young people with mental-ill health transition to adult services. Prior to this I worked supporting young people in the probationary system.
