Simon is the Team Leader at Highams Lodge, where he brings energy, warmth, and a deep commitment to building strong, therapeutic relationships within the community. He works closely with staff to create a collaborative and supportive environment where both colleagues and residents can thrive.

Before joining Highams Lodge, Simon worked in a variety of roles focused on supporting and empowering others. He spent several years coaching individuals with Autism, and led a catering training scheme for the homeless community near Liverpool Street. The project included a soup kitchen and a social enterprise selling baked goods to local businesses—an initiative that combined community, purpose, and creativity in a truly inspiring way.

Earlier in his career, Simon spent seven years at King’s College Hospital in the General Medical Department, where he worked across clinical and administrative roles. This experience gave him a strong foundation in healthcare, teamwork, and compassionate communication—skills that continue to shape his leadership today.

Outside of work, Simon is full of enthusiasm for life. He loves board games, sports, cooking, and just about any kind of adventure. What he enjoys most is sharing these moments with others and finding joy in connection. Whether it’s through a game night or a shared meal, Simon is always looking for ways to bring people together and build a strong sense of community.
