Alistair is the Service Manager at Highams Lodge, overseeing the service delivery through close monitoring of this 15-bed residential recovery community in east London. Alistair joined CHT in 2023 and is responsible for managing, coaching and developing the service team leader to ensure best practice in service delivery. Alistair also ensures operational compliance with policies and procedures, particularly regarding health, safety, and safeguarding. He is also the organisational lead on referrals and occupancy.

 

Alistair is a keen scuba diver and is passionate about travelling as much as possible, which he considers an integral part of his well-being.

 

What does he like most about his role? The sheer unpredictability of the job on a day-to-day basis. He is passionate about the human condition and is interested in why people communicate and relate to each other the way they do. Alistair also enjoys developing, coaching, and building knowledge among staff.
