Chief Executive Officer: Dr Peter Cockersell

CHT has recently appointed Dr Peter Cockersell as our new CEO:

Amongst other things, Peter was one of the originators of the Psychologically Informed Environment (PIE) approach and a co-author of the DCLG-published national guidance, is a member of the Royal College of Psychaitrist's committee on Enabling Environments, and a founding member of the Faculty of Inclusion and Homeless Health. He has a long track record in delivering services focusing on recovery, client involvement, and psychologically informed approaches to working with people with complex needs and experiencing social exclusion.

Head of Services: Jalil Kane

Abd-Jallil Kane Jalil Kane is currently Head of Services. Prior to this he has worked for CHT for six years as Clinical Director, Project Manager and Referrals Manager. Jalil has a background in Psychology and Neuroscience and has co-authored a paper on the subject of perception. He has completed CHT's in house Postgraduate Diploma in Psychotherapy in Therapeutic Environments that is accredited by Middlesex University and he has a particular interest in working with psychosis and the therapeutic community model.

Head of Relationships: Natalie Scales

Natalie is currently Head of Relationships. Prior to this she has worked for CHT for 8 years years as Clinical Contracts Lead, Senior Referrals Manager and Senior Project Manager. She has a background in Psychology and completed CHT's in house Postgraduate Diploma in Psychotherapy in Therapeutic Environments that is accredited by Middlesex University. She has a long-standing interest in working with homelessness and substance misuse within psychologically-informed environments.
